Interesting case against the RIAA for filesharing. Some lady in Oregon was sued recently by the RIAA for ‘illegally downloading music’ and she’s counter suing. It seems she might have a case. Excellent news! and good luck to her!

So, for example; I’m learning piano again and within 4 days I’ve gotten down all the scales C-B. Crazy eh? I’ll be bumping on the piano like crazy here hopefully. Also, I’ve been practicing my vocals too. As you should be able to tell; I’m new at singin. It’s pretty nerve racking to first sing; because i’d really imagine i suck big time; but i’ve found that it’s not ear renching to listen to and that makes me proud. I feel that if I just keep it up I should be able to find my ‘voice’ and be singing with the best of them soon!
